Continuing Life is seeking a part-time Clinical Coach who travels across California to provide guidance and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring exceptional patient care outcomes. This position partners with our full-time Clinical Coach and prioritizes MDS expertise. This role can be based out of San Diego, Orange County, San Fernando Valley/Ventura County, or Pleasanton, California, with substantial travel expected.
