Pay: $35-$40 per hour, with a potential pay increase after 90 days based on performance.• Construction experience required.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong attention to quality, professionalism, and safety. Work may include commercial interior carpentry such as layout, metal framing, drywall-related carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, millwork, and finish work, depending on project needs. Skilled Laborers

Pay: $25-$30 per hour, with a potential pay increase after 90 days based on performance.• Construction experience preferred.• Willingness to learn and grow.• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Typical work includes site setup and cleanup, material handling, demolition, supporting carpenters and other trades, following directions, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
