About the role
The role:
You own two things, and both matter equally. Content. Plan, create, and ship content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and Twitch clips. Write in a voice that gets screenshotted and shared. Turn our creator partners' streams into Vetra posts within a day of them airing. Work fast, test constantly, and kill what does not work without getting precious about it. Community. Be in the comments, the DMs, and the replies every day. Turn customers into advocates. Spot the moments worth jumping on before they are over. Route support questions to the people who can fix them. Make people feel like following Vetra was a good decision. We are a startup. You will wear other hats when the week calls for it, and you will sit close to the founders while we figure out what works. What your week looks like Shipping 20 or more pieces of native content across platforms Engaging daily: replies, comments, DMs, community moments Cutting clips from creator partner streams and posting them same day or next Reviewing performance and adjusting: what is working, what is not, what is next Sitting with the founders weekly to align social with launches and promos Jumping on trends same-day when they fit the brand, and passing when they do not Owning TwitchCon coverage in November: teasers before, live booth content all three days, recap after What makes you a fit2 to 5 years running social for a brand, in-house or agency. Bonus if it was a challenger brand, DTC, gaming, esports, or a creator-economy company. Receipts. Show accounts you grew and content that hit. We will ask for links. You can write. Sharp, funny, human copy. No corporate voice, no "we're thrilled to announce."You make content yourself. Shoot, edit, and post short-form video without waiting on a production team. CapCut, Premiere, or similar. You live on Twitch and TikTok and can name what is trending this week without looking it up. You read analytics natively and let the data pick winners, not your ego. You thrive with ownership and ambiguity. Small team, no playbook. You write the playbook.
Nice to have:
- Experience in wireless, fintech, or another category that is boring until someone makes it interesting
- You have worked with talent managers or a creator agency
- Community platform experience: Discord, Reddit, broadcast channels
- Basic design chops in Figma or Canva
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
