Role Overview
Activera Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our boutique digital transformation firm. In this role, you will support high-impact client engagements by delivering rigorous analysis, managing data, and contributing to the development of insights that inform strategic recommendations. You will work closely with consultants and senior leadership to help clients navigate complex data environments and organizational challenges.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their consulting skill set in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Data Management
Develop clear, accurate, and insightful analyses to support the resolution of complex business problems and identification of client opportunities.
Gather, clean, validate, and maintain data sets, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
Apply firm software, analytical tools, and research resources effectively to support project delivery.
Create well-structured work products and contribute to high-quality client deliverables within defined scopes, timelines, and quality standards.
Identify data gaps and support efforts to determine when additional data or analysis is required.
Client Engagement Support and Communication
Support consultants and senior team members during client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
Document meeting notes, requirements, findings, and action items clearly and accurately.
Prepare charts, analyses, and content for client-facing and internal presentations.
Communicate findings and progress updates clearly to internal team members.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and professionalism.
Strategic Support and Professional Development
Conduct research and analysis to support proposal development, thought leadership, and new business pursuits.
Seek feedback and coaching to continuously improve analytical, technical, and consulting skills.
Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to support team decisions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively manage deadlines and priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
Effective listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new software tools.
A "self-starter" mentality with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
