Position Overview
The temp‑to‑hire Financial Analyst is a data‑driven role dedicated to analyzing marketing performance and customer behavior to support growth and retention strategies. This position partners closely with marketing and business teams to turn campaign data into actionable insights that improve acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports focused on marketing performance, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness across digital channels.
Analyze campaign data to measure ROI, CAC, LTV, retention trends, and attribution performance.
Use SQL to extract, validate, and transform marketing and customer data for recurring and ad‑hoc analysis.
Work with digital marketing and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing CRM systems.
Partner with marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and optimization strategies.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
Required Experience / Skills
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Advanced Excel required.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
Experience with advertising and web analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
Exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
