Location:
Townville, SC Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p Employment Type: Full-Time Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team in Townville, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality products that make a real impact in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
Operate a Hammer and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.
Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow simple measurements and diagrams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 AMCompensationCompetitive hourly pay based on experience.
