We're Hiring: Plow Truck Operators
Location: 1505 Steele Ave SW Grand Rapids MI 49507 Seasonal | Nights, Weekends, & On-Call Snow Events Top Industry Pay + Bonuses + Premium Equipment
Your Mission: Operate snow plow trucks (with or without salters) on commercial or municipal routes. Respond quickly to snow and ice events, following plow routes and safety procedures. Clear snow from parking lots, private roads, driveways, or city streets. Communicate with dispatch and site supervisors in real time.
What You Bring:
  • Valid Chauffeurs driver's license
  • Previous snow plowing or large vehicle experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours during snow events (overnight, weekends, holidays)
  • Reliable, tough, and ready to roll in any weather
  • Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
