International Motors USA is expanding its San Antonio operations with a new night production shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) starting early 2027. This salaried role emphasizes safety culture, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk reduction on the production floor, with potential extended hours and weekend support as needed. The Senior Safety Consultant will partner with Engineering and Operations, lead JHAs/JSA, and deliver training and inspections to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
