About the role
Supporting the execution of media campaigns, the entry-level Media Coordinator will assist with invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, and campaign setup while working remotely in a detail-oriented role.
Key responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of media activity including invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, and reporting
Learn day-to-day procedures for managing assigned accounts and monitor campaign launches
Coordinate with internal team members and external media partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years of media buying experience in an advertising agency environment preferred
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable with basic math/accounting computations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
