Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMField Plumbing & Heating is a third-generation, family-owned company that has served the community for more than 60 years. We're looking for aService Dispatcherwho can keep technicians' days organized while making sure customers feel informed and cared for. You’ll be the connection between customers, the office, and our field team. What You'll Do: Schedule service calls based on technician availability, location, and skills Adjust routes and appointments as urgent calls or other changes come up Keep customers updated on appointment times and technician arrivals Communicate schedule changes and job details to the field team Answer incoming calls and help customers with questions and service requests Maintain accurate customer information, schedules, and work orders Work with the office and technicians to help each day run smoothly
What You'll Bring: At least 2 years of customer service experience Experience managing a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills Confidence using computers and scheduling software The ability to prioritize quickly and stay detail-oriented during a busy day Dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus, especially in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services. Familiarity with Service Titan and local service routes is also helpful. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
