About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and skilled individual to join our team as a Grill Station team member. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook various types of food on the grill according to established recipes and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffClean up station and take care of leftover food QualificationsProven experience working as a grill cook or in a similar roleKnowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling) Ability to follow all sanitation procedureAbility to work in a teamGood communication skills Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift heavy objectsAbility to work in a hot environment Preferred QualificationsFood handler's permit or certification If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a knack for grilling delicious meals, we would love to hear from you.
