About the role

Celldex seeks a Sr. Director to design and lead enterprise-wide Learning & Development for its first commercial product launch. You will build onboarding and training across sales, marketing, and market access, collaborating with HR to embed best practices and ensure readiness. You will establish a scalable training infrastructure, measure effectiveness, manage vendors and a dedicated L&D team in a fast-moving biotech setting.
