Project Manager Scrum Master | Surgical AI Software 📍 Salt Lake City, Utah | Competitive Salary + Bonus + BenefitsA global medical technology leader in orthopaedics, whose products support hip, knee, and surgical robotics solutions used by surgeons worldwide. This team focuses on AI driven surgical planning software for hip procedures. This is a Scrum Master role combining agile delivery with system design and regulatory documentation. You will lead scrum practices, define design requirements, and own the Design History File. You will work closely with QA, Compliance, and Regulatory teams. What you will own: Leading agile practices and scrum ceremonies across the team Maintaining roadmaps, backlogs, and project tracking boards Defining design approach and translating user needs into engineering requirements Leading design reviews and technical trade-off discussions Implementing and reviewing V&V testing, including protocols and test cases Maintaining risk management files, including cybersecurity risk Owning the Design History File (DHF), ensuring it stays complete and audit ready What you must have: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science related field (biomedical preferred)5+ years of relevant experience Experience with medical device design controls Familiarity with ISO 14971 & IEC 62366 Experience with Windchill, Codebeamer, Jira, or similar Experience with SaMDPrior scrum master experience a plus
