This is a walking, boots-on-the-ground role - you'll be going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, placing door hangers, and putting our name in front of homeowners. No sales pressure, no cold-calling scripts - just consistent, honest effort covering your route and representing a trusted local brand.
What You'll Do:
Walk assigned residential routes/neighborhoods distributing door hangers. Follow a provided route plan and cover it thoroughly and efficiently. Represent 1-Tom-Plumber professionally if you interact with homeowners. Track and report which areas/streets have been completed. Communicate with your supervisor on route progress, questions, or issues. Bonus opportunities: Bonus for every booked phone call generated from your route. Bonus for every job sold that traces back to your route. The more effective your coverage, the more you can earn on top of your hourly rate. Schedule Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Flexible daytime scheduling (details discussed at interview).
What We're Looking For:
18 years or older. Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods. Able to walk outdoors for extended periods, in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working independently and staying on task without direct supervision. Friendly, presentable, and reliable - you're often the first impression of our company. $15.00 - $15.00 per hour 1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.
