Location: 540 W. Madison St., Chicago, ILContract: 12 months

Work Schedule: Regular Schedule: Tuesday
Saturday, 9:00 PM5:30 AM (3rd Shift)
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days per week
Training Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 PM5:30 AM for approximately 46 weeks.
Job Description: The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for handling complex files, accurately entering data, assembling documents, and helping prevent or resolve client escalations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple workstreams and systems, and the ability to complete tasks accurately while meeting established SLA deadlines.
Responsibilities: Proactively address production issues and handle complex client escalations. Prioritize and organize work to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Monitor and review documentation to ensure all requirements are met. Resolve peer and customer escalations and inquiries. Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to document management. Accurately enter information using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad. Meet accuracy and productivity standards while adhering to SLA deadlines. Proactively communicate and escalate issues, including computer system problems, inaccurate information, and out-of-balance transactions. Work across multiple systems and workstreams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with lockbox products, particularly healthcare-related lockbox services. Familiarity with medical terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
