About the role

St. Joseph’s Health in New Jersey seeks a part-time Medical Records Coder to review inpatient and outpatient records, abstract demographic, financial and clinical data, and assign ICD diagnosis/procedures, HCPCS and CPT codes accurately. Under supervision, you will ensure records are coded and entered into the system timely, maintain data quality, and support compliant medical documentation processes in a hybrid work environment.
