About the role
AAA Northeast is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee Fleet Supervisors and drive performance across scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluation. You will ensure efficient daily operations and alignment with safety and service standards, while managing overtime and staffing decisions. In this role you'll collaborate with Fleet, operations, and contract garages to deliver Five Diamond Service, analyze trends, and support continuous improvement through policy development and workforce
