About the role

Looking for an Engineer Manufacturing 3 to support our Manufacturing Engineering department. As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering department you’ll get to provide hands-on technical support to resolve build issues and nonconformances in real time.
Overview: Manufacturing Engineers are the core integrators of the production line—they own the build by defining how the aircraft is assembled on the production floor. They interpret aircraft design requirements, develop manufacturable build plans, and author clear work instructions that guide technicians through each step. Manufacturing Engineers partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish build processes and tooling, while providing hands-on technical support to resolve build issues and nonconformances in real time. We provide innovative and practical technical solutions to complex problems, ensuring each aircraft is built as designed, delivered on schedule, and ready to meet mission needs.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
