We help families protect their income, their homes and the people they love, and we develop the people who join us into leaders. No cold calling. No door knocking. You'll work only with individuals who have already asked for help.
About the Role: This is a client-first sales role. The people you speak with have already shown interest in coverage. Your job is to listen, answer their questions clearly and help them choose what's right for their family. All work is remote, by phone or Zoom, and backed by training, mentorship and a step-by-step process.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with people who requested information
  • Meet clients by phone or Zoom
  • Explain coverage options in plain language and help clients apply
  • Keep in touch with clients over time
  • Join weekly training and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, teaching, healthcare, retail, hospitality or sales is helpful, not required
  • Clear, friendly communication on the phone and on video
  • Comfortable using a computer and simple online tools
  • Organized, dependable and coachable
Requirements:
  • A reliable phone, computer and internet connection
  • Willing to get a state life insurance license (course and exam fees are yours; we guide you through each step)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
