Hours: 9:30AM – 6PMMonday and Friday work remote, Tues-Thurs must work in the office in Bethlehem. Our client is a global leader in hospital generics committed to saving and improving patients’ lives. Due to growth, they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their high-energy sales team! This could be a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Business, Medical Sciences, or a related field who is looking to get their foot in the door and build a career in pharmaceutical sales!
Position Summary: Drive new business and expand existing customer relationships by selling human inhalation anesthetic pharmaceuticals to hospitals and surgery centers within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and secure new hospital and surgery center contracts via phone and computer Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities (off-contract, non-GPO, distributor referrals)Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in CRM Support contract implementation at the facility level (address concerns, vaporizer placement, etc.)Provide ongoing customer support and resolve account issues Partner with Strategic Account Managers and internal teams to drive account growth Monitor customer ordering trends and identify recovery opportunities Triage customer complaints to Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams as required Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Medical Sciences, or related field)Sales experience required (tele-sales/inside sales strongly preferred) Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skillsCRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)Healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.
