About the role
To drive product adoption and revenue growth, the full-time Director of Strategic Product Sales will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop commercial strategies, and partner cross-functionally to enhance sales effectiveness for strategic products.
Key responsibilities
Build, hire, and lead a team of Product Sales Managers and Specialists, establishing performance metrics and operational strategies
Develop and implement targeted commercialization strategies to accelerate adoption of underpenetrated products
Collaborate with Account Executives and other stakeholders to lead complex sales conversations and improve product penetration
Required qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B environments
Proven track record in building sales organizations and driving product adoption and revenue growth
Experience leading specialist or overlay sales teams with a focus on cross-sell and expansion revenue
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to develop scalable sales strategies
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage with executive stakeholders
