About the Role: Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking experienced PRN Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to support a federal behavioral health program in San Diego, California. This is an onsite, as-needed opportunity for experienced clinicians who can provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents while bringing lead-level clinical and supervisory experience to the team. We're also interested in qualified clinicians who are willing and able to travel to San Diego when PRN coverage opportunities arise. And because California licensure is not required, clinicians with an active, unrestricted, independent license in another U.S. state or territory may be eligible.
Key Responsibilities: The PRN Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will: Provide onsite behavioral health support to children and adolescents based on program coverage needs Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to behavioral health team members Support day-to-day clinical operations and continuity of services during assigned coverage Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and short-term behavioral health support as appropriate Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners Assist with clinical oversight, staff support, and operational needs while onsite Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements Provide flexible PRN coverage based on program and scheduling needs
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following requirements: Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, lead, or management experience Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents Experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, crisis, and/or other vulnerable circumstances Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in San Diego, California Why Join Our PRN Team? $95/hour Flexible, as-needed PRN opportunities Local San Diego clinicians strongly encouraged to apply Travel-ready clinicians outside the area are also welcome Lead-level opportunity without a full-time commitment Meaningful work supporting children and adolescents within a federal behavioral health program Opportunity to stay connected with Blue Rose for future behavioral health programs and assignments Bring Your License to San Diego Whether you're a San Diego-area clinician looking to add flexible PRN work or an experienced clinician who is open to traveling when coverage opportunities arise, we'd like to connect.
