About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join our team and support the delivery of large-scale mission critical and data center projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an estimator with a strong MEP/ Mechanical contracting background who understands the complexity, accuracy, and pace required within high-performance environments. The successful candidate will have proven experience working for an mechanical contractor and a strong track record estimating complex mechanical packages from pre-construction through to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed electrical estimates for large-scale mission critical, data center, and commercial projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates Experience preparing estimates across different stages of design and construction, as well as various contract delivery methods. Build estimates, proposals, and bid submissions within required timelines Collaborate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Identify cost risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions Support occasional site visits to review project requirements and validate scope Required Experience &
Skills: Previous experience as an MEP/ Mechanical Estimator working for a Mechanical contractor Strong background estimating large mission critical and data center projects Working knowledge of construction estimating databases and estimating tools Proven experience completing on-screen take offs Experience working with vendor pricing, supplier quotes, and subcontractor costs. Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, construction drawings, and other technical documents. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Role Details:
Location: Fully Remote
Travel: Occasional site visits required as needed
