Build what matters.In This RoleYou will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. You will manage complex and frequently changing calendars, coordinate competing priorities, and help ensure leaders and their teams operate efficiently. This role requires excellent judgment, discretion, communication, and the ability to anticipate needs while balancing multiple deadlines.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, including resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating priorities across stakeholders.Arrange domestic and international travel, meetings, and related logistics.Prepare agendas and coordinate committee, leadership, and team meetings.Review and process invoices, expense reports, correspondence, and other business documents.Monitor incoming requests, reports, and communications to determine their importance and ensure appropriate follow-up.Coordinate vendors, contracts, event logistics, and administrative services.Plan and execute team meetings, events, and employee-engagement activities.Maintain organized records, reports, and administrative tracking systems.Support general office operations, including supplies, basic bookkeeping activities, and document management.Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Communicate with executives, internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.Track deadlines, calendar changes, and action items to support timely execution.Provide additional administrative and project support as business needs arise.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Eight to ten years of administrative or executive-support experience.Experience directly supporting executives or other senior leaders.Extensive experience managing multiple complex and frequently changing calendars.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive information.Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and vendors.Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email, and calendar applications.Ability to work onsite in the Puget Sound area.Preferred QualificationsPrevious administrative experience within a large, complex corporate or technology environment.Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.Familiarity with enterprise productivity, expense-management, travel, procurement, and collaboration platforms.Experience partnering with a Chief of Staff or an executive office.Experience supporting highly cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.Demonstrated budget, invoice, expense, and vendor-management experience.Strong leadership or mentoring capabilities.Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, deadlines, and business priorities.Bottom of FormCompensationAt Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $30 to $33 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
