Refrigeration Technician Portsmouth, NH | Full-Time | Onsite 3rd shift
Schedule:
Mostly Monday-Friday with every other Saturday required. Sunday hours paid at double time.
Position Summary:
Seeking Refrigeration Technicians to maintain and support ammonia-based industrial refrigeration systems in a frozen food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and ensuring safe, reliable system
Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems. Perform maintenance on compressors, boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, and electrical controls. Monitor system performance and minimize downtime. Complete work orders and maintenance facility safety, emergency response, and continuous improvement + years of HVAC or refrigeration experience (ammonia preferred).Industrial or food manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and OSHA safety standards. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
