About the role
- CPI is looking for someone who enjoys building, fixing, improving, and taking ownership. You'll be trusted to make decisions, encouraged to grow your skills, and empowered to help shape a more resilient infrastructure environment.
- Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutions
- Maintain and optimize network performance, reliability, and capacity
- Perform ongoing maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environment
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilities
- Ensure network configurations meet security and compliance requirements
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement efforts
- Pay range depending on experience: $101,000 - $126,300 + bonus potential
- 5+ years of network engineering and/or operations experience
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site network environments
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Cisco (including Meraki), Palo Alto networking platforms (including IONs and Panorama), Arista (including CloudVision), or comparable technologies
- Familiarity with PCI compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Logic
- MonitorExposure to cloud or hybrid networking environments
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools

- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and hygiene
