About the role
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate Front Desk Associate & Medical Assistant to join our chiropractic and aesthetic medicine team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will help create a warm, welcoming experience while supporting both administrative and clinical functions.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression Manage efficient patient check-in and check-out processes Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support medical staff by facilitating smooth patient flow and care coordination Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and clinic protocols in communications and documentation Provide additional medical administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a front desk, medical assistant, or administrative role in a healthcare setting is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is highly desirable Strong multitasking and organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of our practice.
