Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in auto glass repair or related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies. Physical ability to lift and maneuver glass materials safely.
