Executive AssistantAlvarez & Marsal's Executive Assistant team is made up of experienced professionals who support our top executives and teams across the globe. These critical team members are viewed as strategic partners who enable our teams to deliver gold standard work to our clients.You are: A skilled operations professional who is adept at optimizing operations, streamlining workflows, and facilitating seamless communication, to enable leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. This is an in-office hybrid role; you will be located in our New York, Dallas or Atlanta office.The work:Provide high-level administrative and executive support to Financial Services Managing Directors in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Manage complex internal and client calendars, coordinating across multiple executives, clients, stakeholders, and time zones while navigating frequent changes and competing priorities.Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, detailed itineraries, and last-minute changes.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client meetings, leadership meetings, team meetings, off-sites, and one-on-one meetings, managing all associated logistics for both in-person and virtual settings.Process time and expense reports and provide ongoing administrative support to Managing Directors.Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring responsive and seamless communication.Train and support new hires as needed on administrative processes, systems, and team procedures.Perform Excel analysis as required, including event and vendor contract comparisons.Work cross-functionally with corporate support teams, including IT, Marketing, AR, AP, Legal, and Facilities, to ensure smooth business operations for the Financial Services practice.Provide proactive support on special projects and evolving business needs, anticipating priorities and ensuring strong follow-through.Additional duties as assigned.Heres what you need:Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant of Business Operations experienceSkillful execution of administrative activities (such as calendar, travel, and expense management), with high attention to detail, organization and processExcellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.Project coordination and management experience needed at an intermediate complexity.Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company as a trusted team member.Excellent problem-solving skills.Bonus points if:Bachelors Degree preferred.Experience with supporting multiple executives with varied working styles.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Salesforce, Concur, file sharing software (i.e., Box).Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States. The salary range is $75,000-$85,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
