IT Asset Management Contractor IIOnsite or Hybrid – Malvern, PA Contract | Special Project Pay | $40-$55/hr W2We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support a high-impact special project within the IT organization. This role will focus on IT asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and Excel-based analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented IT professional who enjoys working with data, ensuring compliance, and supporting enterprise asset management processes.Key Responsibilities:Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activitiesTrack, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracyPerform software license reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and assisting with resolutionAnalyze and manage asset data using Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, reconciliation)Provide general asset management and administrative support as neededCollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are documented and aligned with business needsRequired Skills & Experience:Prior experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related asset tracking rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, reconciliation)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyClear communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with software licensing and compliance trackingFamiliarity working in large enterprise or project-based environmentsRelevant degree, certification, and/or equivalent professional experienceIf you are analytical, organized, and experienced in IT asset tracking and reconciliation, we encourage you to apply.
