STI is seeking a Tech 2, Field Service specialist to support Med Bank remediation across the US. This remote role requires extensive travel and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in hospital or nursing home environments. You will update MedBank devices, manage admin data, document time accurately, and book travel through the BD system. Candidates must communicate clearly and work independently or in a team.
