Skills/Qualifications: Leadership and supervision Oral and written communication Sales and customer relations Technical (knowledge of maintenance and construction industry) Estimating and negotiation skills Project and quality management Managing budgets and profitability Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office Education/Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction Minimum 5 years of experience in project management Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience)
