Shift: 2-2-3 schedule, shift will be 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Backup Machine Operator to support our Lead Machine Operator in overseeing a non-woven production line. This role is critical to maintaining efficient production and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong machine operation skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to safety, quality, and attendance. Because this position serves as the direct support to the Lead Operator, candidates must demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Machine Operator with the operation of a non-woven production line. Monitor equipment performance and production quality. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support production goals while minimizing downtime. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. Direct machine operation experience in a production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Textile or non-woven manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
