About the role

Dover Food Retail is hiring an Assembler II in South Chesterfield, VA for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm). The role involves programming, operating, and basic troubleshooting for automated and/or robotic machinery in the production of sheet metal refrigerated cases. Responsibilities include reading orders, identifying parts, using hand/power tools, and assembling components while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing position with potential for growth.
