About the role
Purpose
Responsible for the daily operations of the office mailroom as well as assisting in all other areas within Office Services.

Responsible for the daily operations of the office mailroom as well as assisting in all other areas within Office Services.
Key Responsibilities
Order and manage janitorial supplies
Provide backup to receptionist
Answer and route incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Greet and direct visitors and vendors
Distribute monthly accounting reports
Coordinate office maintenance items
Print and copy jobs
Back up for all Office Services functions
Provide additional support for various departments
Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent telephone etiquette
Customer service orientation
Professional appearance
Able to relate verbally in a tactful and diplomatic manner
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Excellent keyboard and ten-key skills
Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written & oral communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working as a receptionist
