Pricing Manager – Corporate StrategyLocation: Overland Park, KS | Bellevue, WA Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) Employment Type: Full Time Join a high-impact Corporate Strategy team that leads pricing strategy across a diverse portfolio of telecommunications products and services. As a Pricing Manager, you'll work at the intersection of economics, strategy, analytics, and business innovation. You will influence key pricing decisions, evaluate economic trade-offs, and help shape value propositions across the company's brands and services. This is a high-visibility role ideal for strategic thinkers who enjoy ambiguity, rigorous analysis, and collaborating across complex, matrixed environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead pricing strategies across products, services, and promotions using data-driven insights and economic logic.Create economic models to assess the implications of various pricing and business model options.Support value proposition development by synthesizing customer insights, modeling trade-offs, and shaping product and offer recommendations.Deliver strategic recommendations and decision frameworks to senior leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive aligned outcomes.Present findings and strategies to executive stakeholders, including VP-level audiences.Lead problem-solving efforts that involve structuring ambiguous challenges, generating alternatives, and evaluating solutions.Preferred EducationRequired: Bachelor's degreePreferred Fields: Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Math, or Physical SciencesHighly Preferred: Master's or MBA with a focus on Business Strategy, Finance, Economics, or Quantitative fieldsPreferred Experience4+ years of experience in pricing strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or financial analysisExperience working in telecommunications, finance, or subscription-based services a plusProven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projectsFamiliarity with financial statements and business model analysisKey Skills & CompetenciesStrategic Pricing: Strong grasp of pricing frameworks and promotion strategiesEconomic Modeling: Ability to build and interpret complex financial and pricing modelsAnalytical Thinking: Comfort with large data sets and hypothesis-driven analysisFinancial Acumen: Understanding of income statements, cash flow, and P&L implicationsExecutive Communication: Strong presentation skills for VP/C-suite audiencesConsulting Problem Solving: Experience framing ambiguous problems and structuring solutionsCollaboration: Effective team player in matrixed environments
