Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Data Center segment finance team. This role assists with consolidations and the preparation of comprehensive financial summaries, supports financial standards and helps drive reporting enhancements. The senior analyst will work closely with the full segment finance team and offers overall support to global DC reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical thinker with proficiency in systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly forecast and annual planning o Support standard reporting requirements in collaboration with the Senior FP&A Manager o Drive accountability over processes and ensure timely submission of deliverables to segment. Support administrator for consolidation system. Provide assistance to full segment team for troubleshooting and other consolidation support. Compile and analyze financial data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Provide 80/20 financial support, including the analysis of financial statements, data analytics, performance reporting and tracking. Assist as a go-to resource for ad-hoc analyses and reporting needs. Support utilizing advanced technologies to develop and enhance reporting.
Required Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or FinanceMBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plus4 or more years of financial experience
- Strong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business results
- Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation system
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointWorking knowledge of US GAAPWhy Choose Modine?
