We currently have a large client, an insurance district office supporting 35+ local agencies across the Denver metro, that is looking to recruit, train, and develop experienced sales professionals and give them a structured path to grow into leadership.
They are known for a family-style culture built on hands-on coaching, consistent training, and helping people build lasting wealth and careers.
The Role This is a W-2, career-track sales position built for experienced sales professionals who are ready to take the next step. You'll sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance while working through a structured 12-month development program designed to prepare you for advancement into agency leadership.
You'll have a defined production track, dedicated coaching, and a clear set of milestones — so you always know where you stand and what's next.
Compensation Base salary: $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience and agency
Plus 50% commission on all new business , on top of your base
Typical total earnings: $65,000–$95,000 per year once you're established
Commission breaks down differently by product (auto, home, life, business) and varies by agency
What You'll Do Sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance
Build and manage a growing book of clients
Work through a structured 12-month production and development track
Hit defined performance milestones with ongoing coaching and mentorship
Develop the sales, service, and leadership skills needed to advance
What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience required , with a proven track record of hitting targets
Strong drive, discipline, and ownership of your results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A current insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll guide you through it)
A long-term mindset and the ambition to grow into a leadership role
This position is designed as a direct development track. Over your first 12 months, you'll work toward defined production milestones that position you for advancement into agency leadership and ownership opportunities within our district.
