About the role

Senior Project Manager - $225k - $240k - 100% company paid health cover, matching 401k, vehicle allowance, 10% bonus For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on. Oversee a team of PM's and engineers across Manhattan. Project values for design build work up to $300M. Total employee headcount (not including union numbers) is around 60 people. The Senior PM will most likely be responsible for 3-4 PM's and their teams of Engineers, QMs, Safety, Supers, etc. A Senior PM at this heavy civil GC is someone who the team can rely on, the 'manager of managers' if you will! Its someone that has built at least several public projects over $60M and has the know-how of what to do in both good and challenging construction situations. Someone that can say to the team, when I was in this situation this is what I did. Someone that can go on a meeting with the PM on the job to the agency owner and run through high profile change orders or work scope challenges. Loads of good benefits like fully paid family health insurance, matching 401k, bonus around 10% of base. xhmxlyz Would suit someone with a good idea of MTA and DEP work, and of course we will consider PMs ready for a step up in career!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
