About the role

Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. is seeking a transactional associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Energy department. This role focuses on commercial/transactional work, including contracts, supplier agreements, energy storage contracts, project finance, and M&A transactions. Candidates should have strong writing and analytical skills, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and an active U.S. license.
