About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team of experts in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a BCBA with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery Providing parent training and education to involve the family in the treatment process Assessing client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA Therapy About Golden Care Therapy NJ:At Golden Care Therapy NJ, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA Therapy services to children with Autism throughout the state of New Jersey.
