About the role
Owning complex and sensitive member cases from first contact to resolution, the full-time Senior Member Services Specialist will manage appeals, denied claims, and urgent care needs while providing general support to members in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Manage complex member cases, including appeals and denied claims, ensuring timely resolution
Provide support for general inquiries, appointment changes, and enrollment questions
Investigate issues thoroughly before responding, keeping members informed throughout the resolution process
Required qualifications
Experience with claims, appeals, reimbursement, or payments
Familiarity with fertility benefits, specialty healthcare, or financial operations
Proficiency in using Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Active work authorization in the US
