Calendar depositions, mediations, and hearings. Coordinate signatures, document requests, and authorizations. Prepare case summaries, organize files, and brief attorneys on progress. Arrange logistics with experts, vendors, and opposing counsel at an attorney's direction. Keep the case management system current with accurate notes. Work closely with attorneys and paralegals, resolving administrative matters on your own and routing legal questions to them. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years in case management, legal assisting, paralegal work, or claims, with litigation experience preferred. Familiarity with discovery, depositions, mediation, and court procedures. Employment law experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication. Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail. Able to prioritize a high volume of matters independently. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
