Location: Coventry, RIWe are hiring Machine Operatorsfor a temporary assignment in Coventry, RI. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience who are looking for a stable short-term opportunity. As a Machine Operator, you will safely operate production equipment, monitor processing systems, complete production documentation, and help maintain product quality standards. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule & Pay Day Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMRotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next Up to $22.00/hour Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMRotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next Up to $25.25/hour Must be available to train on day shift during the first week.
Responsibilities: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Inspect products and monitor process controls to ensure quality standards are met. Respond to equipment alarms and perform basic troubleshooting when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with product handling, inventory movement, shipping, and receiving activities as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to work safely around production equipment and machinery. Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
