About the role
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Denver Dermatology Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established, physician-led dermatology practice in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for a dermatology provider who enjoys practicing with a high degree of autonomy while still having the support and collaboration of an experienced physician and clinical team. The position will focus primarily on general and medical dermatology, treating patients across a broad range of dermatologic conditions, with some opportunity to participate in cosmetic services based on experience and interest. The ideal candidate will bring previous dermatology experience, strong clinical judgment, and a patient-first approach to care. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of the practice and values a collaborative, personable environment.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions Perform comprehensive skin examinations and routine dermatologic procedures Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, prevention, and ongoing skin health Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader clinical team Participate in cosmetic dermatology services based on experience and interest
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado, or eligible for licensure Previous dermatology experience strongly preferred Experience in general/medical dermatology Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable managing an independent patient schedule Collaborative, professional, and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience
Schedule: Full-time (four 10-hour days) or part-time (three 10-hour days)
