About the role

Ease Health, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Associate to support onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee records, recruiting operations, and other People programs across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work with the team to ensure processes are organized and accurately executed as the company grows. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their People Operations career seeking broad exposure and growing responsibilities.
