About the role
Leading the development of world-class enablement programs, the remote Director of Channel Enablement will manage strategic initiatives for VARs and MSPs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and enhancing partner experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Execute a multifaceted channel enablement strategy that aligns with revenue goals and partner success
Architect and implement enablement programs to accelerate VAR and MSP partners, driving ARR growth
Collaborate with Global Channel Leadership to develop and enhance training content and certification programs
Required qualifications:
Experience in Channel ecosystems and partner enablement
At least 5 years of experience in curating training and development programs
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
Experience in IT Channel Sales, preferably SaaS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience is desirable
