Oracle EPM FCCS specialist

Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant Position Overview Join an Oracle practice focused on transforming financial consolidation and close processes through Oracle EPM and FCCS solutions. This role offers the opportunity to streamline operations, enhance accuracy and compliance, and support financial planning and reporting initiatives while contributing to efficiency and strategic growth. What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Support and contribute to Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD initiatives. Work on end-to-end Oracle EPM Essbase/FCCS implementations. Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Configure and support Essbase analytics and FCCS applications. Integrate PBCS with Fusion ERP. Independently write business rules. Implement custom Oracle EPM applications. Handle UAT, go-live, and hypercare support activities. Work on integrations and automations. Communicate directly with clients and conduct demonstrations. Required Qualifications 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD. Experience working on end-to-end Oracle EPM Essbase/FCCS implementations. Experience configuring and supporting Essbase analytics and FCCS applications. Experience with the integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP. Ability to independently write business rules. Experience implementing custom Oracle EPM applications. Ability to handle UAT, go-live, and hypercare support. Ability to work on integrations and automations. Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications, including B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent. Finance functional knowledge. Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. Extensive experience working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes. Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and conduct demonstrations.
