Company Description: PilotLine.app is a precision engineering software application that accelerates development through faster and fewer iterations by gathering real-time data to power predictive analytics and risk management. The application integrates design, process, build, and test methods while connecting CAD, FEA, and CFD to a user-friendly process flow developer and inventory management interface. This enables predictive analytics to enhance the design and build process while maintaining data integrity without spreadsheets or paper. PilotLine.app helps teams work faster with better data fidelity and minimal friction.

Role Description: This is a role for a Co-Founder located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company, managing day-to-day operations, leading business development efforts, and establishing partnerships with a particular focus on the technical aspects of the software development. Other tasks include overseeing marketing strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company meets its growth and revenue goals.
