About the role
Maintenance Technician - East Longmeadow, MAWe are hiring Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing facility in East Longmeadow, MA. We are looking for hands-on maintenance professionals with experience repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment. Candidates with experience in blow molding, injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or production machinery are especially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Identify equipment problems and minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Work with the production team to keep machines running efficiently.
Follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
3+ years of manufacturing, industrial, or machine maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with injection molding or blow molding equipment is a plus.
Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule).Ability to work overtime when required.
